The 2026 budgeting season for Zimbabwean Local Authorities kicked off with the Budget Review meeting that we conducted in June 2025 at the Cresta Oasis Hotel in Harare. Since that moment, it became a flurry of activities with one Council engaging in training one after the other staring with the Bulawayo City Council. New Council joined the Planix bandwagon in 2025, and these include Kadoma City Council, Mvurwi Town Council, and Manyame RDC, with more promising to join in 2026.

The season ended in December 2025 with Rushinga RDC conducting their budgeting workshop for three days between the 12th and the 14th of December at their offices in Rushinga. We always appreciate our valued clients and wish them the best in 2026.
